As you may have noticed, I'm a Colombian girl who moved to the States about 5 years ago... Why? Safety, better opportunities, the usual...
Anyway, as you check back on the upcoming days, you'll find some of the things I've written about in the past that relate to this land of opportunity. If you're a fellow Colombian, hope you agree with me; if not, get ready to start considering why the whole American Dream may not be as achievable if things keep going the way they're going... No, I don't mean the war; I mean more domestically: with how kids are being raised, stuff they show on TV, etc...
